How can I send the device for service?
You can deliver the device for service in person or with the help of TC SDEK to the address: Odintsovo, Ryabinovaya str., 3 and back.

If there is no original packaging, be sure to put the device in a box with a soft seal to avoid damage during transportation
Warranty and payment
Warranty period
AWAH power ascender have a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, and all friction-prone elements (pulley, gearbox, etc.) are included in the warranty.
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the device. The AWAH serial number is its warranty card.
Conditions
Warranty obligations are provided by the equipment manufacturer.
