Vkarabine is the official distributor and service centre of TRUBLUE LLC dba HEAD RUSH TECHNOLOGIES in Russia and CIS. We conduct recertification and warranty servicing of TRUBLUE, zipSTOP и QuickFlight.
Submit a requestVkarabine checks the equipment against 63 points according to the manufacturer regulations. Scheduled inspection includes complete dismantling of the device, visual inspection of every part, checking bolt torque, replacing lube and expendables, testing.
Recertification
Vkarabine conducts recertification of TRUBLUE, zipSTOP and QuickFlight systems. Recertification is a scheduled maintenance required to keep the equipment operational and functional during use.
Why do you need recertification?
Recertification is a must for safe operation of the equipment and one of warranty requirements from the manufacturer, similar to car servicing. Vkarabine engineer checks the device condition and replaces scrapped parts to ensure further safe use of the equipment.
How often is recertification required?
Scheduled servicing is conducted annually. The first recertification happens after 15 months since the manufacture date, while further recertifications take place every 12 months.
How much does recertification cost?
16 990₽ for every device. Parts are replaced at no extra cost during the warranty term, and after it expired the cost of parts is paid separately.
How long does the recertification take?
We conduct the recertification within 3 calendar days.
Where is the recertification conducted?

How to send the device for recertification?
You can bring the device for recertification in person or via the shipping company to the following address: Moscow region, Odintsovo area, Bakovka village, Iosif Kobzon street, 1 «Б». Please note: the device has to be transported in its original manufacturer's package, to prevent any damage.
Can the equipment be recertified on site?
Vkarabine offers to send our engineer anywhere in the world. Specialists may conduct the recertification on site. The terms and cost of such service is determined individually.
Warranty and payment.
Warranty term
Manufacturer warranty: 2 years for TRUBLUE and QuickFlight devices, 1 year for zipSTOP devices.
The warranty becomes active on the date of purchase and is confirmed by the equipment passport.
