SkyTECH braking system consists of springs and polymer blocks. When a trolley impacts the block, the springs start loading and decelerating the trolley. When the spring is loaded to the max, it prevents the user from hitting the support to which the cable is affixed.
As a primary brake the skyTECH works well on ziplines up to 20 km/h. It reloads quickly, which allows to prepare the line for the next ride in no time at all.
